Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you wish to return any of the items to us, please do so within 14 days of the date you received them. We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, provided the items are returned to us in the condition that you received them, unworn and unwashed and in their original packaging.
Attach the label provided on the despatch note to the parcel, and take it to your nearest post office. Please note that we cannot refund return postage costs. This includes the resending of exchanged items. In this event, you will incur a charge of £2.95. Should you be sent a faulty or incorrect item, we will of course reimburse you fully. Please obtain a free proof of postage from the post office, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that refunds can only be issued to the card used in the original transaction.
We will email to confirm that your return has been processed. You will receive your refund or exchange order within 14 days after you return the goods back to us (providing the item is in stock).
